As a firm of Chartered & Forensic Accountants, one of our main activity is to conduct annual audit of companies, corporations, development authorities, government agencies and parastatals, banks and charitable organisations with a view to expressing our opinion, certifying the correctness of the financial results and accounts of the organisations based on the information and explanations obtained.

In some cases, such as in the case of incorporated companies, annual audits are mandatory by statutes, in others they may be mandatory by the Act of Parliament which established the organisation and in other cases the governing rules and regulations of the organisation.

The work we undertake usually includes general examination of the accounting systems and procedures, making necessary reviews and inquiries, including verification of assets and liabilities, etc., as we may deem fit by employing the use of other professional techniques and knowledge. Risk Management: We help our clients identify, analyse, assess, control, avoid/minimize, or eliminate unacceptable risks. We employ the use risk assumption, risk avoidance, risk retention, risk transfer, or combination of strategies to advice our clients for proper management of future events.
